Fresh spinach tossed in a tequilla lime vinaigrette. Topped with black beans, hard boiled egg, imported Spanish chorizo, Utah swweet corn, the finest bleu cheese, red onion, heirloom tomatoes, tortilla strips, and avocado. 10.50

SEASONAL CITRUS SALAD

Fresh citrus fruits tossed with fresh mesclun lettuces, with a blood orange and roasted cumin dressing. Finished with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. Accompanied with goat cheese toast points. 9.50 (For a spicier option add a thinly sliced marinated pork chop for 3.50)

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD

Fresh baby romaine spears, traditional Caesar dressing, and house made croutons. Served with freshly shaved imported manchego cheese. 9.50 Add shaved imported prosciutto di parma. 2.50

DINNER SALAD

Mixed Mesclun greens, served with tomato, sweet red onions, hot house cucumber and croutons. Choice of dressing: Balsamic vinaigrette, homemade ranch, Bleu cheese, Caesar. 5.50
